Once you place your order, we send an Order Confirmation to you and contact the manufacturer for immediate shipment – it’s that simple.  Because our manufacturers ship from all across the country to your door, we will give you a shipping estimate amount to be confirmed when the product leaves the warehouse so you are never over-charged or under-promised. Shipping is performed through FedEx Ground and FedEx Freight (>150 lbs.) as Prepay and Add. That means that we pay for the shipping through our own FedEx account and add the charge to your final invoice. This is fastest way to get what you need, when you need it.

Online orders can be shipped to the Continental United States only. International shipments and products listed as “RFQ” must go through our Request for Quote (RFQ) process. You can do that here.

When you are completing your order, you will be able to choose from the following shipping options:

  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx 2 Day
  • FedEx Standard Overnight
  • FedEx Priority Overnight
  • Your Company Account (through the RFQ process)

Q: Once I order, how can I track my shipment?

As soon as the product ships, you will receive an email Order Confirmation with the tracking number you can track here.

Q: How long does it take to arrive?

Three variables determine this: product availability; your distance from the warehouse from which it ships; and which FedEx option you choose. Lead time may vary from two days for smaller products to two to four weeks for larger, more complex units. If you choose to purchase through our RFQ option, we can provide a lead time for you. You have several options for shipping, listed above.

Q: Can I stop the shipment if I change my mind after placing the order?

The possibilities of doing so depend on how soon after you place your order you contact us. Use the Returns & Warranty form  immediately and we will see how far the package has gotten in the process. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
